Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Faux Collective is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. While we strive to minimize any issues at customs, the final decision on charges lies with your local authorities. If you have concerns, please contact your local customs office or let us know, and we’ll do our best to assist.
- For EU Customers:
We’ve made shopping easier for our EU customers by ensuring that VAT (Value Added Tax) is already included in the price of our products. Thanks to the IOSS system, your package will arrive without any unexpected customs fees or additional charges. - For Non-EU Customers:
For customers outside of the EU, please note that customs duties or taxes might be applied by your local authorities. Unfortunately, these fees are out of our control and will need to be paid by you if required. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure about potential charges.
Lost or Damaged Packages
While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, sometimes unexpected issues can happen during transit. If your package is lost or damaged:
- Contact the shipping carrier directly.
- Let us know at support@faux-collective.com, and we'll assist you in resolving this matter.
Please note that we are not liable for damages or losses caused by the shipping provider.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, we'll send you a tracking number via email. Use it to keep an eye on your delivery and know exactly when it will arrive. If you encounter any issues tracking your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us for support.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). Please provide a complete and valid residential or business address to avoid delays.
